4.1 Accepted Methods. sma777 currently accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment channels: Bank Central Asia (BCA), Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI), Bank Negara Indonesia (BNI), Bank Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. sma777 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.
4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard verified accounts, though sma777 may apply enhanced due diligence procedures to large individual transactions at its discretion.
4.3 Processing Time. Deposits are credited to your sma777 wallet balance instantly under normal operating conditions. In rare cases involving system delays or bank-side processing queues, deposits may take up to 30 minutes to appear. If a deposit has not been credited within 60 minutes, contact sma777 support with your transaction reference number.
4.4 Deposit Origin. You may only deposit funds that belong to you and originate from a payment method registered in your own name. 4.5 Failed Deposits. sma777 is not responsible for failed or delayed deposits caused by your bank or e-wallet provider's systems. 5.1 Eligibility to Withdraw. Withdrawals may only be requested by fully verified (KYC-complete) members. Withdrawal requests from accounts with incomplete KYC will be held pending submission of the required verification documents.
5.2 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Requests below this threshold will not be processed.
5.3 Processing Time. sma777 processes withdrawal requests 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including Indonesian public holidays. Bank transfers to BCA, BRI, BNI, and Mandiri are typically completed within 5 to 15 minutes of approval. E-wallet withdrawals via OVO, DANA, GoPay, and ShopeePay are generally processed within 1 to 5 minutes. Processing times may be extended during peak periods or in cases requiring additional verification.
5.4 Withdrawal to Registered Method Only. Withdrawals will be paid exclusively to the payment method registered on your sma777 account in your name. sma777 will not transfer funds to a third party's bank account or e-wallet under any circumstances.
5.5 Wagering Requirements. Real-money deposits may be withdrawn at any time, subject to completion of KYC and any applicable security checks. Bonus credit and any winnings generated exclusively from bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements specified in the relevant bonus terms before withdrawal is permitted.
5.6 Withdrawal Limits. Standard verified accounts are subject to daily and weekly withdrawal limits as published in the sma777 account settings. Members wishing to withdraw amounts in excess of standard limits may be required to undergo enhanced verification. sma777 reserves the right to process large withdrawals in installments where reasonably necessary for fraud prevention purposes.
5.7 Right to Refuse or Delay. sma777 reserves the right to delay or refuse a withdrawal request in cases of suspected fraudulent activity, unresolved bonus abuse investigations, incomplete KYC, or where the transaction would conflict with applicable anti-money-laundering obligations. 6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, all bonus credit issued by sma777 is subject to a wagering requirement before the bonus balance or any winnings derived from it can be withdrawn. 6.3 One Bonus per Member. Each promotional offer is available to one account per member, per household, per device, and per shared IP address. Attempts to claim the same promotion through multiple accounts or through coordinated activity with other members constitutes bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of all associated bonus credit and winnings.

6.5 Bonus Expiry. Bonus credit that remains unused after the expiry period specified in the promotion terms will be automatically removed from the member's account without notice. sma777 will not reinstate expired bonus credit.
6.6 Right to Withhold. sma777 reserves the right to withhold, reverse, or reclaim bonus credit and any associated winnings in cases where the bonus was claimed in breach of these Terms or the specific promotion terms, or where the member has provided false registration information.
7.1 Third-Party Game Providers. Games available through the sma777 Platform are provided by licensed third-party studios including, but not limited to, Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, PG Soft (Pocket Games Soft), NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe. 7.5 Collusion and Cheating. 11.4 Maximum Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, sma777's total aggregate liability to any member — whether arising from contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total deposits made by that member in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.5 Exclusions. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits sma777's liability for death or personal injury caused by sma777's negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
12.1 By sma777. sma777 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any member account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances: breach of these Terms & Conditions; suspected fraudulent, criminal, or abusive activity; failure to complete KYC within a reasonable period; or regulatory, legal, or compliance requirements. Where an account is closed due to a breach, any bonus-derived balance may be forfeited. Real-money deposits will be returned to the original payment method after any applicable investigations are concluded.
12.2 By the Member. You may request closure of your sma777 account at any time by contacting sma777 support via live chat or email. Prior to account closure, sma777 may require KYC completion to facilitate the return of any remaining real-money balance. Account closure requests are processed within 48 hours. 12.3 Effect of Termination. Upon account termination — whether initiated by sma777 or the member — all unused bonus credit is forfeited. When changes are made, the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised accordingly.
